1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Space & Cartoon Safari.
1.2 By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing and with explicit permission.
1.4 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We sell action figures, collectibles, designer toys, and similar products.

3. Offers and agreements

3.1 All offers are non-binding. Prices and information may be changed without prior notice.
3.2 An agreement is only concluded once your order has been confirmed by us.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse orders or impose special conditions.
3.4 For products with an age classification, the customer declares when ordering that they meet the minimum age requirement.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
4.2 Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary.
4.3 Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 In the event of non-payment, we may suspend processing or terminate the agreement.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery takes place at the address provided by you.
5.2 Products in stock are normally shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
5.3 Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation unless you have not received anything within 30 days after payment.

6. Ownership

Until full payment has been received, the product(s) remain the property of Space & Cartoon Safari.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days, consumers only)

7.1 As a consumer, you may cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt without stating any reason, preferably by email or by using the return form in our webshop.
7.2 During this period, you must handle the product with care.
7.3 Return shipping costs are generally at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
7.4 After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund your payment within 14 days.

8. Complaints and warranty

8.1 Upon delivery, please check whether the product matches your order.
8.2 Any defects must be reported by email within 14 days.
8.3 In the event of confirmed defects, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.
8.4 Products are covered by the statutory warranty of at least 2 years.

9. Liability

9.1 We are liable for direct damage up to a maximum amount equal to the value of your order.
9.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. supplier delays, transport problems, natural disasters), we may suspend delivery or terminate the agreement without liability for damages.

11. Communication

We use email and other digital communication methods for correspondence regarding your order.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Please see our Privacy statement on the website for details.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
